Meet your coach
Aidan Seink. Human coaching, grounded in the everyday.
Aidan Seink
A personal starting point
Aidan is passionate about lifting and nutrition. He has completed his own cut and is currently building through a bulk. That personal experience is part of why he wants to help students build consistency—not a promise that someone else will get the same results.
Consistency over an all-or-nothing routine
The approach starts with your schedule, equipment, preferences and feedback. Training and food choices need to fit alongside classes, exams and the rest of life. Plans are reviewed by a person who can hear that context.
The human makes the decisions
Aidan prepares, reviews and publishes coaching plans. Limited AI assistance can summarize recorded workout facts, labeled as an AI recap. It does not analyze private progress photos or automatically publish new exercises, calorie targets or personalized advice.
Clear about qualifications and scope
Personal lifting experience is not a medical credential. Aidan is not a dietitian, and coaching does not diagnose or treat health conditions. Results vary. When a situation needs a qualified professional, that comes before a routine fitness prescription.
