A clear path

From your first application to your next workout.

Understand applying, acceptance, private onboarding, coaching plans and weekly check-ins.

01 / Share your starting point

Apply with your goals, training experience, available equipment and realistic schedule. Create an account and verify your email. Your application goes to review; submitting it is not acceptance.

02 / Application review & acceptance

Aidan reviews your application before enrollment. Your account status shows the decision and next steps. Coaching is built around college life, not an exclusive university partnership; the program is for adults aged 18 or older.

03 / Complete your private baseline

After acceptance and sign-in, record current weight, measurement date and unit, height, age in years and everyday movement. Upload clothed, faceless front, side and back photos for private coaching review. You can contact your coach if you need support. Any owner-authorized exception is deliberate and recorded, not an automatic bypass.

04 / Have an initial conversation

Talk through your goals, history, food preferences and constraints with Aidan. Weekly human conversations are part of the intended coaching rhythm. Arrangements are agreed with your coach; there is no built-in booking calendar or automatic reminder service.

05 / Get your reviewed plan

Your coach prepares and deliberately publishes your training plan and nutrition direction. An energy estimate is a starting point for discussion, not an automatically assigned calorie target.

06 / Train, check in & review

Follow the guided workout, record actual sets and send a weekly check-in. Bring questions and changes in your schedule to your coach. Agree on the next steps together.

Your next step

Build a routine you can return to.

Apply to share your goals. Application review is separate from acceptance.
