Guided training
Know your next set. Log what you actually did.
The next set, made clear.
A small public example of actual load and rep logging. These values are fictional, the countdown is shortened, and no coaching record is created.

A plan that matches your gym
Your coach considers experience, equipment and schedule before publishing movements, sets, rep ranges, load guidance and rest targets. Instructions and linked demonstrations support the session; a missing demo does not block logging.
One movement at a time
See the current movement, warm-up or working set, rep range and coach cue. Record actual load and reps with the unit and per-hand or total convention visible. Previous comparable performance is date-stamped—not a demand to repeat it.
Rest without losing your place
Completing a real set saves it and starts its assigned timer. Rest uses stored timestamps so returning to a workout restores its state. You can pause, resume, add time or skip rest. Expiry does not complete your next set or tell you to lift before you are ready.
Equipment busy? Keep the context
Coach-approved alternatives can keep a session moving. The actual alternative is recorded separately so different machines and load conventions are not compared as identical performance.
Finish with useful facts
Saved sessions show recorded working sets, movements and timing context. AI workout recaps may summarize verified facts and approved guidance; they are labeled as AI, not personally reviewed messages from Aidan. Statistics remain available if AI is unavailable. New prescriptions and personalized adjustments need human review.
