Progress with context
More than a number. Never a public weigh-in.
Comparable work, not inflated records.
Your history means more when the comparison is fair. Example trends are not a forecast, a transformation or evidence of a client result.
Comparable working sets
Dumbbell bench press · flat · kg per hand
Same illustrative load: 20 kg per hand. Real comparisons require matching movement, equipment, convention and working-set type.
Your private starting point is required
Before accepted-member onboarding is complete, provide current weight, measurement date and lb/kg unit, plus private front, side and back photos. Wear a T-shirt and shorts or leggings, keep your face out of frame and use a relaxed stance. No underwear, shirtless or revealing photos. Preview, crop and replace before upload; contact your coach if you need support.
Photos provide context, not a diagnosis
Use similar framing, lighting and clothing across dates. Visual review cannot establish exact body-fat percentages, pounds of muscle or a physique grade. Your coach combines goals, history, constraints, performance and progress—not a photo alone—to discuss plan decisions.
Compare like with like
Comparable lifting history groups working sets by movement, variant, equipment, load convention and unit across different sessions. Warm-ups are separate. A different machine or new load is not automatically a rep record at an old load.
Look at trends alongside check-ins
Weight records, workout history, reported intake coverage and your feedback give coaching review context. One week’s weight change does not establish exact maintenance calories. Missing data is shown as missing.
Private coaching access
Private records and photos are available to you, your currently assigned coach and an authorized owner. New photo access checks current permissions. Photos are not community content or sent to general-purpose AI for body analysis. Required private coaching consent is separate from optional permission to publish a testimonial or photo.
