Log your workouts without losing the details

A beginner-friendly way to record actual sets, rest and questions in the guided player.
All getting-started guides

1. Open the published session

In your private Training view, start the assigned workout or resume an existing session. Review the current movement, equipment, demonstration or instructions and coach cue. A demo unavailable message should not stop logging; ask the coach if you do not understand the movement.

2. Check the set prescription

Notice whether the set is a warm-up or working set, the prescribed rep range, load guidance and rest target. The sample load suggestion is not a completed set. Check the displayed unit and whether the load is per hand or total.

3. Record actual load and reps

After the set, enter what you actually lifted and the reps you actually completed. Do not copy prior reps to make the log match the plan. Complete set saves the record and starts its assigned rest timer.

4. Rest, then choose when you are ready

The countdown is guidance, not a command to lift. Add time or skip rest as appropriate to your situation. Rest expiry does not complete or advance the next set automatically. If you step away, pause the session and resume when ready.

5. Preserve changes and questions

If equipment is busy, choose a coach-approved alternative when listed and record that actual movement. Note relevant questions or discomfort for coach review. Do not use an AI recap as an injury assessment. Skipping with an honest reason is better than marking unperformed work complete.

6. Finish and check the saved record

Finish when the session is done, including if you finish early. Review the immediate statistics and logged sets. Correct a mistaken entry rather than starting another workout. Editing an old set does not start a fresh rest timer. If AI is unavailable, the saved workout and deterministic summary still matter.
