1. Write down what you want to work on
Choose one or two priorities: learning to train, being more consistent or getting clearer nutrition direction. Explain why they matter and what has made them difficult. You do not need a perfect answer or a deadline-based body target.
2. Bring your real week
Look at classes, work, travel and the gym access you actually have. Note training windows you can repeat and days that are unpredictable. Tell Aidan about exams or commitments coming up rather than proposing a schedule you cannot maintain.
3. Complete the private starting point
After acceptance, use private onboarding for your weight/date/unit, height, age in years, activity context and clothed faceless front/side/back photos. Do not send revealing photos or sensitive intake in a public post. If a required item is difficult, contact your coach to discuss it.
4. Describe your food setup
Explain dining hall access, cooking equipment, budget, preferences and whether you already log intake externally. Bring a recent summary if you have one, with the days it represents. No log is better than invented numbers.
5. Make room for questions
Ask how your plan will be reviewed, what to record, how to raise a question and how weekly conversations will be arranged. There is no native booking calendar; agree on practical arrangements directly with Aidan.
6. Confirm the next steps
Before ending, check what you need to complete, what your coach will review and where the deliberately published plan will appear. If something is unclear, ask. Applying or having a conversation is not a guarantee of enrollment or results.
