Make nutrition check-ins useful

Share external intake coverage, practical constraints and feedback without guessing missing days.
All getting-started guides

1. Read your current published direction

Find the current nutrition plan in your private Nutrition view. A calculated maintenance estimate is separate from the published intake target or habit guidance. Follow the reviewed direction rather than treating the calculator as a new prescription.

2. Keep food logging external

If tracking is part of your plan, use your preferred external food app for calories and protein. Heaven’s Edge does not automatically sync the tracker or scan food. If your plan is habit-based, describe how the agreed habits went instead.

3. Name the days covered

When reporting a summary, state the days represented and any missing days. Do not enter zero for an unlogged day or guess a precise average. If your coverage was limited, say so clearly.

4. Add the practical story

Share dining hall changes, budget constraints, travel, hunger or preference feedback and changes in everyday movement. Explain what was manageable and what was not. These details help your coach review the direction without assuming a number tells the whole story.

5. Keep weight and photos private

Record weight with the correct date and unit. Follow the private progress-photo guidance and coach-agreed timing; there is no requirement for daily or weekly photos. Use clothed, faceless images with similar framing and lighting.

6. Ask for a reviewed adjustment

Bring concerns to your coach. A few days of weight change do not establish exact maintenance energy, and missing intake is not evidence of a deficit. Aidan reviews context before publishing changes. Medical nutrition questions belong with a qualified professional.
